Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
How generous and gracious God is to us.
"Every good gift and every perfect (free, large, full) gift is from above." James 1:17
How generous and gracious God is to us. Every good gift
comes from Him, and He is the Redeemer of every creative
expression in our lives.
He gives the writer, words of meaning;
He gives the artist, brushstrokes of glory;
He gives the speaker, messages of hope;
He gives the builder, tools of the kingdom;
He gives the lowly, the towel of service;
He gives the sower, the abundance of seed;
He gives the musician, love songs of the redeemed.
He has given to us great and amazing choices. Above
them all, the gift of Eternal life.
Prayer:
Thank You Father, God, for all of the many wonderful things
we are privileged to have and enjoy. All that we need and
desire is at our disposal through Your bountiful blessings. We
have the choice to choose wisely or not. Help us to be mindful
of the consequences as we survey those choices. Through Christ
Jesus we pray. Amen.
