Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Our Prayer For The Evening: January 11, 2010
Most Precious Lord, this evening we come before You in Prayer, and Praise. Thank You Lord, for Your love and kindness towards us. Thank You Lord that You have Delivered us from evil, rescued us from whatever may harm our bodies, our souls, our property, and our honor, while we are traveling through this wilderness of sin, sickness, and death. Christ Jesus we Thank You, that You have upheld and comfort us by Your Word this day, and as we come to the end of this another day, we know that You will keep us through out this night, until we come again into Your Holy presence. Thank You Lord, Thank You. Most Precious, Lord Christ Jesus, help us recognize that our troubles are part of Your good and gracious plan for our Spiritual well-being. Father in Heaven, Thank You that You guard and keep us, so that the devil, the world, and our flesh don't deceive us or lead us into unbelief, despair, or shameful behavior. Thank You Lord, Thank You. Christ Jesus, we are truly grateful, that when we are put to the test, You support us by Your Word, and give us the final victory in Your Holy name. O' Bless that wonderful name of Christ Jesus, Thank You Lord, Thank You. For You have taught us that; We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed, Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal, Make sure that your character is free from the love of money, being content with what you have; for He Himself has said, 'I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you,' so that we confidently say, 'The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid. What will man do to me, Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light, For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; weeping may last for the night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning, You, O LORD, I called, and to the Lord I made supplication: What profit is there in my blood, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness? Hear, O LORD, and be gracious to me; O LORD, be my helper. You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness, that my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever, This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary, He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary, He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds, Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. Thank You Christ Jesus, Thank You. Lord we know that You are aware of all that we stand in need of, and that by Your Grace and Mercy, and Your love for us, we have that which is needed to do Your will. we love You Father, and give You all the glory. Thank You Lord, Thank You.
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Who has by the shading of Your Blood on the Cross, and raising from the grave, has proven Himself, to be more then able to keep us, until the day of Your coming. Today and everyday, for the rest of our lives, we give Thanks unto You, most Beloved Christ Jesus. Father, i in the Holy and Blessed name of Christ Jesus, who is Lord of my life, proclaim that our Prayer, and all we ask is already done, for we ask in Your most Precious Holy name, Christ Jesus, and i commend each and everyone of Your children's bodies and souls into Your loving, mighty hands, our Beloved Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus.
Amen.
