Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Our Prayer For Today Friday June 12, 2009:
VERSE:
As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our
transgressions from us. - Psalm 103:12
THOUGHT:
Praise and thank God our Father. He doesn't just forgive our
sins; he removes them from us completely!
PRAYER:
Loving and merciful Father and holy God, Our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, Thank You for giving us the great gift of forgiveness. Now, Beloved, Christ Jesus, who is Lord of our lives, please help us to pass it along to others.
Savior, the suns rises and sets each day. As the sun sets, we know that our lives slowly draw to a close. Teach us to be prepared for Your coming each day, and point us to your promise of an eternal life with You. Heaven is the goal of our lives and we ask You to keep us focused on that goal.
Lord God, heavenly Father, Lord Christ, your eyes are always on the righteous and Your ears are attentive to their cry for mercy. Hear our call for help and rescue us according to Your Word. O Lord Christ Jesus, the problems and pressures of life have overwhelm some of your children. The temptations of the world follow some wherever they go. By my our strength alone we cannot live a Holy life. But You, O Lord, are Righteous. You, O Lord, are holy. In Your great love and mercy make us Righteous and Holy too. For Jesus sake take away our guilt and failure. Give us once again the joy that comes from being Your forgiven child. Renew again in our hearts the love that makes us eager to do your will, and devote our life to Your glory. If we were ever without You, Lord, We would be lost. But because of Your promise to be with us always, We will trust in You. We will cling to Your Words and put our hope in Your Grace. Father,
Dear Father, righteous and gracious God, You are the God about whom it is written, "He scatters abroad, he gives to the poor, his righteousness endures for ever." You are the God who supplies seed to the sower, and gives the harvest of grain for bread, who multiplies my resources and increases the harvest of righteousness for us. Lord we Thank You this day, that you have supplied the needs of all of Your children,
Thank You for Your Blessing for those who stand in the need of your help this day, Thank You that they know to put their Faith in You, Thank You that they know that by the name of Jesus, every man shall be saved. Thank You Lord, Thank You,
Thank You Lord, Thank You,How I thank you and praise you for this! For by Faith, we know that these things are already done.
I Your humble servant proclaim this day that Our Lord, Christ Jesus has said.
"I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. As you make your requests, plead for God’s mercy upon them, and give thanks. Pray this way for kings and all others who are in authority, so that we can live in peace and quietness, in godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, for he wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. For there is only one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and people. He is the man Christ Jesus. He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. (1 Timothy 2:1-6 NLT)
