Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Our Prayer For Today Wednesday, July 8, 2009
Verse:
"Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Who has gathered up the wind in the hollow of his hands? Who has wrapped up the waters in his cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and the name of his son? Tell me if you know!" (Proverbs 30:4).
Prayer:
Dear Precious Christ Jesus, you are our Good Shepherd. You know everything that happens in our life. Keep us safe through all our days and nights--We place myself in your care, this day and always, Beloved Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. True peace comes only from You, also give us, Lord the strength and energy to serve You daily. God of all might, you promised to be with us. That gives us strength to approach our work with a firm resolve to do our very best. When disappointments come, help us to look beyond them and remember that You promise to work all things together for good to those who love You. Let us fulfill Your will in everything.
Almighty Lord and Savior, every day we fight evil in our lives, arm and equip us with Your own weapons for those battles. Teach us to wear the shield of faith and the helmet of salvation and to use effectively the "sword of the Spirit," which is Your Holy Word. Use Your power to keep us safe until we live eternally safe with You in heaven. Thank You Lord, Thank You, Oh Bless That wonderful name of Christ Jesus. Thank You Lord. We know that You already know what everyone of us here Lord stands in need of, so we are proclaiming by Faith that, Your will has already been done in our lives. Thank Your Lord, All Glory to God, our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
