Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Surely goodness and loving-kindness will follow me all the days of my life
"Surely goodness and loving-kindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever." Psalm 23:6
God's promise for those in covenant with Him is that they will be stalked people. Goodness and loving-kindness' will follow them throughout life. God chases His people with "goodness"; that which is for their benefit and well-being. His loving-kindness' is unfailing love and favor. This too tracks us. We nee to look over our shoulders, and make sure we're not trying to outrun the blessing that pursues us.
Prayer:
Thank You, Master, for the reassurance that I am never alone. The Psalmist reminds me that those twin blessings, goodness and mercy (loving-kindness') will always be with me. In Jesus 'name I pray. Amen.
