Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Practice along with this beginner's yoga class for men. The class includes initial relaxation (savasana), 4 rounds of alternate nostril breathing, sun salutations, the dolphin exercise, the bridge, fish, seated forward bend, inclined plane, cobra, half locust, half bow, half spinal twist with straight legs, standing forward bend, and the triangle, plus final relaxation. A good overall but more gentle workout for beginner's.
