a wave of police complaints poured in congressional office whom congress then directed to government accountability.. civilian police have a cover your a..z policy excuse me ,, but they really do have such policy which means that they often throw evidence away when it comes to the wrong they have done and they also always have a judge who helps them according to whistle blowers,
police investigative reports also leave key details of severe beatings during arrest of blacks .. civilian and military veterans ,, va whistle blowers stated that they are almost always retaliated against resluting in counter investigations relegations to desk duty unfair annual evaluations
