Good Morning My Friends,

Urgent prayer is needed for the Carter/Thornton/Hutchins Family. Devon Hutchins, age 12, was struck down with a seizure Thursday. He's never had a seizure before. He is an active boy who participates in wrestling and other sports. A relatively very healthy young man who is a loving grandson to Marilyn Carter, otherwise known as "lilnurse' & "lovelyspirit". I call her "Sister"... for she is my sister and my friend.... and I love her so much....


Devon's condition changed drastically by Thursday evening, when his brain began to bleed and swell. In the past 48 hours, the doctors first drilled a hole in his skull and then removed a portion of it to let his brain swell out. Although the surgery was successful in tapering the vessel in his brain that was bleeding out (almost like a stroke), he remains in critical condition and is on life support.

I just got off the phone with Marilyn, and we began this morning, as the sun arose, with prayer, as I could hear the machines beeping and the rustle of the nursing staff around him. .... I'm asking all of you powerful and prayerful servants of the Lord to join me in prayer. Not only for Devon, but his entire family, who are tired and weary. You see, there have been three critical situations with loved ones in the past 2 weeks. And God saw fit for at least one of them, so far, to wake up and begin life again. We need a miracle here!

I shared with Marilyn and Annie Ruth (babygirl6), just 12 days ago, that I had a terrible dream, and woke up with such fright that I ran and got my bible.... took it to bed with me and read Psalms until I fell asleep. I shared with them, that I knew that the devil was about to send some vicious pain somewhere.... little did I know that it was meant for them. But it was God that let me see what was to come. Not only did he show me the devastation, but he made me prepare and include both Marilyn and Annie Ruth in sharing what I saw. He's an all knowing God! Amen! He knows his children and has always made a way for His children, so that they can get through all things and give Him the Glory! Hallelujah!

Do you think that God used me? I say yes! So now that we all see what is happening, we are strengthened to know that God is still in control. He will prepare the way for us through all things of pain and strife. He will make a way for us to embrace one another and keep each other prayerful.... together....

My friends, I'm asking you to include Devon on your prayer list and to stay in prayer for him and his family. Let's show the devil that he's not to be feared! Let's give God the praise and glory for bringing us all together, in His Name! Let's pray for a miracle! For we know that we are strengthened through Christ Jesus!

Father, you have the strength and the power to show us what will come to harm us. You have prepared us for the battle ahead. And although you hold the sword of healing and comfort for this family, we are your foot soldiers, who will fight the battle here to show the world that there is but one God. One God that will make a way when there was no way. One God that will bring us all together in prayer for a family that has seen so much pain. One God that has the power to show us what we need to do to keep on keepin on..... And One God that loves us and will comfort us when we think all else has failed..... We give You praise! We are thankful Father that you continue to link us all together for your glory. And we await your healing for Devon. For we already know that as he sleeps in this induced coma, that your angels are around him. So we ask that you embrace this family and keep them healthy and purposeful in keeping close to Devon. That they continue to believe that through You, all things are possible... We ask these and all good things in Jesus Name... Amen."

Those of you who are AITM members, have already received a message from Lori about prayers needed for the family, but we need to take this global...lol.... Let our prayers shout out for Devon.... for he is truly loved.As always, I thank each of you for praying with me. I'm encouraging you all to gather those around you right now in prayer for Devon. For those of you like Marie, Nathaniel & Lori, who have your own ministries, I'm asking that you reach out to your members to pray for Devon..... Let's show the devil that the power of prayer and the glory of God is most powerful, victorious and full of everlasting love!
