Promises: JOY in the LORD
GOD PROMISED US JOY AND HIS PROMISES ARE YEAH AND AMEN
John 14:14 "If ye shall ask any thing in My name, I will do it."
Ps. 43:4 "Then will I go unto the altar of God, unto God my Exceeding Joy: yea, upon the harp will I praise Thee, O God my God."
Neh. 8:10 "The joy of the LORD is your… Continue

"For the seed shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things" (Zechariah 8:12).
God's promise of prosperity is extended to you, today. If you are a child of God, you have a right to every promise of God, including spiritual and material possessions.
Have a prosperous day!…

Whispers
The man whispered, 'God, speak to me' and a meadowlark sang.
But, the man did not hear.
So the man yelled, 'God, speak to me' and the thunder rolled across the sky.
But, the man did not listen.
The man looked around and said, 'God let me see you.' And a star shined brightly.
But the man did not see.
And, the man shouted, 'God show me a miracle.' And,…

Malachi 3:3 says: 'He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver.
'
This verse puzzled some women in a Bible study and they wondered what this statement meant about the character and nature of God.
One of the women offered to find out the process of refining silver and get back to the group at their next Bible Study.
That week, the woman called a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work. She didn't mention…

"Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still … fear not, nor be dismayed … for the LORD will be with you" (2 Chronicles 20:17).
In the midst of a battle, take heart! You’re a child of God, which means you don’t fight your own battles. The Lord fights for you.
Have a bless day!

"And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more" (Hebrews 10:17).
Don't replay your past mistakes. Your former sins are not on God’s mind; make sure they’re not on yours either!

Colossians 1:3-14 (NRSV)
In our prayers for you we always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love that you have for all the saints, because of the hope laid up for you in heaven. You have heard of this hope before in the word of the truth, the gospel that has come to you. Just as it is bearing fruit and growing in the whole world, so it has been bearing fruit among yourselves from the day you heard it and truly…

I'm sorry that I haven't been online much lately. I've been dealing with some issues since August and it has been one thing after another. In the midst of it all, I lost my mother and my family sent her away last night. She is forever resting, along with my father, in HEAVEN!!!
I've been holding on through the strength that God has given me. Please pray for me for continued strength and peace. Love you all!!! Thank you for your continued prayers and comments.

"Work with enthusiasm, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people" (Ephesians 6:7, NLT).
No matter where you work, God is the boss! Work eagerly, efficiently, enthusiastically at all times!

What are the giants in your life? How can God help you overcome them? I believe it is good not only to pray, but to turn to His Word for the answers. There are direction and powered in prayer and God’s Word.
Whatever these giants are in our lives, we must not run from them. We must face them head-on as David did with Goliath. Put on your spiritual armor and stand…

Stepping Into the Darkness
Alan Riley
Have you ever heard the story of the man who slipped off the edge of a cliff and was desperately hanging on to a rope to keep from falling? The man screamed at the top of his voice, "IS THERE ANYONE THERE WHO CAN HELP ME?" A calm, reassuring voice answered back, "It is the Lord. Let go of the rope."
The man thought about it for a moment, looked down to see how far he would fall. Then he yelled out again even louder, "IS THERE ANYONE…

No Word, No Faith
Bishop Keith Butler
And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not. John 5:38(KJV)
Jesus can see straight through to a man's heart. John chapter 5 is an account of Jesus talking to the Pharisees about having the word of God abide in their heart. He plainly told them that they did not have God's word in them, because they didn't believe that Jesus was sent from God. Had God's word been abiding in their heart, it would…

"TAKE CARE not to do your good deeds publicly or before men, in order to be seen by them; otherwise you will have no reward [reserved for and awaiting you] with and from your Father Who is in heaven" (Matthew 6:1, AMP).
When you make your good deeds a performance for men, you’ll be rewarded by the applause of men, not the honor of God. Do good deeds privately, knowing that man’s reward doesn’t even compare to God’s reward.…
