Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Our Prayer For Today Tuesday June 09, 2009
He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
THOUGHT:
Sometimes what we need to do is very simple and plain, isn't it?
I need to handle those around me justly -- practicing patience and
dealing with others in fairness, without partiality. I need to
practice mercy -- blessing others in need with what they don't
deserve but so greatly need. I need to walk humbly with my Abba
Father -- knowing that without his grace and help I will fail.
PRAYER:
Dear Father in heaven, our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, in the Bible, you promise to be with us and guide us. Precious Lord,Let Your promises nourish, comfort, and motivate us to do Your will, so that Your name might be glorified in our words and life.
Oh, Sovereign Lord, We are sinners, our sins are always before us. We live in a nation that has turned from looking to You as the Holy One to a nation of honoring ourselves and embracing evolution, abortion, adultery, homosexuality, euthanasia, and all sorts of other abominations. We are sinful; You are sinless. Thank you for sending your Son to take away our sins. In His perfect sacrifice we find Holiness and peace with our God, Lord, and Savior Christ Jesus.
Dear Lord, we walk in danger every day, how great it is that You left us with the Holy Spirit to be our perfect guide to show us the truth. May the Holy Spirit speak to my heart today through Your Word and dwell richly in my life as we wait patiently for what is to come.
Father, please make of us what You will. As You fashion us,
please Bless us as we seek to be a person of justice, mercy, and
humility. You know all that we Your children stand in need of Precious Lord, Thank You for all You are doing, Thank You for Your Grace and Mercy that You have shown us. Thank You Lord for all that You are doing, and all that you are going to do. Thank You that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and that every voice that speaks out against us shall be bought to great shame. Thank You that greater is He that is in us, then he that is in this world. All Glory to God, Thank You Lord Christ Jesus.
Thank You that by Your stripes We are healed. Thank You Lord. O Bless That wonderful name of Christ Jesus, the only name by which any man can be saved. Glory To God. Help us to share this message with a dying world. Lord, here am I. Send me! Amen.
Thank You Lord, we Pray and ask all these things in Faith that they are already done. Glory To God
