Who Is God - And Where Is The Kingdom ?

Who is God, and where is the kingdom of God? Does the Word of God clearly speak on these two questions? If you were asked to answer these questions, could you? I wonder what our world would be like if each of us would find somebody to be good to every day. What would our city be like? What would our offices be like?
