Psalm 5 (King James Version)
Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. For thou art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of… Continue

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to His purpose."
Romans 8:28
My friend, knowing God's divine purpose for your life is one of the greatest assets and enablements to understand and make sense of the perplexities and complications that seem to overwhelm us. People who possess such knowledge possess power. Jesus displayed an assurance of knowing His purpose to His life and ministry. When people sought to…

Smile, God Loves you!! SPECIAL GROCERY LIST
Louise Redden, a poorly dressed lady with a look of defeat on her face, walked into a grocery store.
She approached the owner of the store in a most humble manner and asked if he would let her charge a few groceries.
She softly explained that her husband was very ill and unable to work, they had seven children and they needed food.
John Longhouse, the grocer, scoffed at…

“Rise, let us be going…” - Matthew 26:46
The disciples went to sleep when they should have kept awake, and when they realized what they had done it produced despair in them.
When we feel something is beyond repair it can cause us to despair, and we say, “It’s all over now, there’s no use trying any more.” If we think that this kind of despair is rare, we’re mistaken, it’s a very common human experience.
Whenever we realize that we’ve missed out on a magnificent…

God’s Ways: Ordinary and Miraculous
READ | 1 Kings 17:2-7
God declared, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways,” (Isa. 55:8). And in fact, one of the biggest frustrations of the Christian life has to do with a lack of understanding about God’s ways. There are times when we could really use a miracle, and yet He does not come through for us. Unmet…

VERSE: Psalm 4 (King James Version)
Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. O ye sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory into shame? how long will ye love vanity, and seek after leasing? Selah. But know that the LORD hath set apart him that is godly for himself: the LORD will hear when I call unto him. Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be… Continue

Self-Determination
Using Your Power
Our lives are defined by the decisions we make each day. When we choose one option over another, whether we are selecting a restaurant or considering a cross-country move, we shape our lives. The decision-making process can be empowering, allowing us to enjoy the benefits of self-determination. Yet it can also be a source of anxiety because decisions force us to face the possibility of dissatisfaction and inner conflict. As a…

RECALL NOTICE
The Maker of all human beings is recalling all units manufactured,
regardless of make or year, due to a serious defect in the primary and
central component of the heart.
This is due to a malfunction in the original prototype units code named
Adam and Eve, resulting in the reproduction of the same defect in all
subsequent units.
This defect has been technically termed "Subsequential Internal
Non-Morality," or more commonly…

Romans 14:7-9
7 none of us lives to himself and none of us dies to himself. 8 If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord; so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's. 9 For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living

Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me. Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah. But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of… Continue

A Blossom That Eternally Blooms
A good way to determine how steadfast your faith in Christ is, and how completely you have given your life over to the leading of God's Holy Spirit, is to consider the joyous message we are given in Galatians 5:22 - 25:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and…

Psalm 1 (King James Version)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. The ungodly are not so: but… Continue

Something to think about
Why do we say this is my body? Yet in 1st Corinthians 6:19-20 it says you are not your Own, therefore honor God with your body,” Yet we tattoo the body, we pierce the body and do what we wont with the body and if someone says anything about it, the first thing comes out is this is my body and I can do what I want to my body. I must ask this , if this is our body and not God’s creation, why do we need someone to fix it when something is wrong with the body?.…

VERSE:
Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler, and stand up for mine help. Draw out also the spear, and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. Let them be confounded and put to shame that seek after my soul: let them be turned back and brought to confusion that devise my hurt. Let them be as chaff before the wind: and let the angel of the LORD… Continue

TO "LET GO" TAKES LOVE
by Dr. Margaret J. Rinck
To "let go" does not mean to stop caring,
it means that I can't do it for someone else.
To "let go" is not to cut myself off,
it is the realization that I can't control another.
To "let go" is not to enable,
but to allow learning…
